Disconnect the tail gate latch rods (A).

After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the latch assembly
(A).

Disconnect the tail gate latch connector (A).

Disconnect the key holder rod (A), then loosen the key holder
(B) mounting bolts and remove.

of both ends on the lifer (D), and then remove the lifter from the bracket
(C).

Push the socket of the lifter into the bracket for installation.
